When your Agents use Smart Composer Tools, you can define the tone that will be used to rewrite their messages.
The tone you set applies to:
- Smart Grammar and Spell Checks
- Smart Lengthen
- Smart Shorten
How to Configure the Tone
- Navigate to Settings
- Select the Workflow tab
- On the relevant Workflow, click the Edit workflow button
- Scroll down to the Smart Tools section
- Expand the Smart Composer section
- Select the Tone of your choice
- Click Save Workflow
