We’ve updated a number of product features across Engage. To access these feature, you need to be set up as an Admin.
General Settings
- Added quick links to Connect Dashboard and AWS Console.
- Added Diagnostic Checks to flag common setup and connections issues. Users can now download logs to help technical support debug and troubleshoot any issues.
- Added Diagnostic Tools that lets you see the status of Local Measure Features (and will prompt you if a Cloudformation Update is required).
Channel Settings
- Users can now configure their own SMS and Whatsapp channels.
- Added the ability to edit main entry point contact flow (previously this required a CloudFormation update).
Snippets
- Enhanced Personalisation Token support (access all contact and profile attributes)
